How does Tonic work?
Tonic is a 30-day, self-paced program. Upon enrollment, you’ll get instant access to a short orientation, your first practice, and the full Tonic Field Guide. Each daily practice takes about 20 minutes and builds on the one before—so you can regulate your system, gently and sustainably, without needing to “push through” or fall apart.
You can follow the suggested daily cadence or move through the material at your own pace. There’s no rush—and no pressure.
Is 20 minutes a day really enough?
Yes—and that’s the magic of this method.

If you’ve journaled, meditated, analyzed yourself endlessly, but nothing has shifted, it's because insight alone isn’t the same as integration.

I have movement limitations. Will I be able to do the practices?
The practices within Tonic are generally gentle and are typically done standing, seated, or lying down. If these positions cause you discomfort, you may need to modify the practices to accommodate your body.

What if I have PTSD, panic attacks, or other serious conditions?
Tonic is not a treatment for PTSD, panic disorder, or any clinical diagnosis. It may be a helpful complement to other forms of care, but it is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric support.
If you’re in active distress, we recommend working with a licensed provider who can assess your needs and help determine if this program is appropriate.
What about chronic health issues--can this still help me?
Tonic doesn’t treat or diagnose any medical condition. That said, many students with chronic symptoms experience relief as their nervous system becomes more regulated.
Stress, overwhelm, and dysregulation can amplify or prolong physical symptoms. Tonic helps restore safety in the body—which often has ripple effects across your whole health and energy levels.
